Qualified in a competitive selection for participation with a talk in the virtual Humboldt Colloquium "Science and Research as Drivers for Development - German-African Cooperation in the Post-COVID-19 Era".
Humboldt Alumni Award for Innovative Networking Initiatives for a creative networking initiative to promote STEM subjects and Astronomy in Madagascar and South Africa. Amount: €25,000.
Qualified in a global competition among young scientists worldwide to participate in the 66th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting dedicated to Physics (25 Jun – 1 Jul 2016, Lindau, Germany).
Grants and funding
Together with professional astronomers from Madagascar, secured funding from the International Astronomical Union (IAU) to organize workshops in 2023 to prepare students from Madagascar for the 2024 IAU General Assembly in Cape Town. Amount: ZAR 20,000.
